Biography

Born in 1982 in Abadeh, Ehsan Arjmand began drawing in his seventeen. He attended Alkhas’s workshops a year after. Later he was trained water color by Masoud Dashtban. In 2002 he was accepted in Sculpture in Tehran University. His first exhibition was held in 2004 in Laleh gallery. He was graduated in 2007 and began his career and continued his Masters in Painting in Science and Culture University. He has participated in thirteen group exhibitions in Tehran and Beirut since the 80s. Also, he had his solo and duo exhibitions in Dena, Laleh, Azad Art and Artlab gallery. His last exhibition was held in Sareban gallery in 2019 as “In the Body of the Flesh”. Ehsan Arjmand has specifically focused on “human” and “body” in his artistic activities as his major concerns.
